I-4 Florida sinkholes not affecting museum
Sinkholes plaguing the area have stuck again on Interstate 4. Beginning this morning of Tuesday, January 19th, eastbound exit 17 is closed due to this new sinkhole.
But the good news is Dinosaur World is not affected, you just need a slight detour to enter our museum. Continue on I-4 eastbound to exit 19. At the off ramp make a left and then another left to get back on I-4 westbound. Once you are back on the interstate, continue to exit 17. At the off ramp make a right then the first left to Dinosaur World. This is about a four minute detour.

No Florida Sinkholes
To our Florida friends - There have been major problems with sinkholes opening in the Plant City area. Dinosaur World has not been affected by these sinkholes. So, weave your way around the holes in I-4 and come on out to visit our dinosaurs. We're open daily from 9 to 5.

Carcharodontosaurus
Think T-Rex was the biggest carnivore? Think again! The Carcharodontosaurus was larger than T-Rex, although its brain was smaller. This huge dinosaur was from 26 to 44 feet long and weighed up to 8 tons. The name means "shark toothed lizard" and it lived in North Africa.
You can see an authentic tooth from this massive dinosaur at our Kentucky location in the museum.
