Pterodactyl

Pterodactyl name means "winged fingers". They were flying reptiles ranging from a few inches to over 40 feet. They had large brains and good eyes. There were lightly build with hollow bones, long skulls and smaller bodies. they had bristle like teeth or no teeth and ate fish, insects and scavenged dead animals. Their wings were covered with a leathery membrane that was thin but tough.
